Hard chrome bar is made out of steel rod –> initial turning ->induction hardening –>grinded by centerless grinder ->hard chrome coating –> inspection –> packaging.
Hard chrome plated steel bars could be used as piston rods in standard hydraulic and pneumatic applications, cross driven shaft, connection bar and so far due to its excellent ability of high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction and cheap cost.
